资金严重不足、周转困难,已成为制约企业经济发展的主要原因。针对企业产品不对路,销售不畅,市场疲软,造成产成品占用大量的流动资金;浪费严重,消耗居高不下等问题,提出了对资金的使用要制定定额,下达计划;强化管理,合理使用;加强银行监督,严肃贷款纪律等改进措施。

serious shortage and turnover hardship of funds is the main reason of restricting enterprise economy development.According to existing problems such as products sale difficulty,weak market, finished products occupy the greats quantity of funds, squander gravely, large amounts of use up, etc., this paper proposes improving measures on funds use from aspects of working-out norm, issuing plan,rightful use, strengthening management and the bank monitoring, setting rigid loan rules and so on.
