摘要
针对40Cr钢搅拌轴在调质状态下的焊接,对在相同条件下,采用R307焊条和A302焊条焊接接头的机械性能进行了对比。结果表明,用R307珠光体耐热钢焊条焊接的接头不仅承载能力超过25—13型(A302)焊接接头,而且其综合机械性能也较好,满足了产品设计要求。
This article introduces the welding of 40Cr stirring axle under quality adjustment condition and compares the mechanical performance of joints by using R307 and A302 welding rods under same conditions.Results shows that the joints by using R307 heat-resistant steel welding rod are not only superior in carrying capacity but also better in comprehensive mechanical performance than model 25-13 (A302), which can satisfy the requirement of product design as a result.
