浅谈脱硫液中PDS质量浓度测定方法

Preliminary Study on the Determination of PDS Concentration in the Desulfurization Solution

提出了在以PDS催化剂作为单一的脱硫催化剂时,脱硫循环液中贫富液的PDS质量浓度的测定方法,可有效地指导在脱硫工序投加PDS的操作及生产运行,为确保出脱硫工序煤气中H2S含量稳定控制在20mg/L以内奠定了基础。

The determination method for PDS concentration in rich- and poor-solution of desulfurization process is suggested when PDS is used as the single catalyst for sulfur removal. This method can effectively guide the operation of adding PDS and build up the basis to control the concentration of H2S in the outlet so that it shall be less than 20 mg/L.
