肝素与低分子肝素在血液透析中的应用及效果评价

The Use and the Effect Par of Heparin and Low Molccular Weight Heparins in Hemodialysis

目的 :探讨血液透析的最佳效果。方法 :对比使用肝素与使用低分子肝素在血液透析中的抗凝效果 ,透析效果及其副作用。结果 :发现两种抗凝剂的抗凝效果及透析效果无明显差异。副作用 :使用肝素组 5 0例 ,其中血小板减少 2 1例 ,自发性出血 38例 ;使用低分子肝素组 5 0例 ,均未发现血小板减少及自发性出血现象。结论

Purpose Research into the best effect on hemodialysis.Methods Compare the effect on anticoagulant therapy,hemodialysis and the side effect from the use of heparin with those from the use of Low Molecular Weight Heparins.Results No clear differences between the effect on anticoagulant and the effect on hemodialysis.Side effect Among the 50 patients who accepted heparin,21 had thrombocytopenia and 38 had spontaneous bleeding while among the other 50 patients who accepted low molecular weight heparins,none was found to have thrombocytopenia and spontaneous bleeding.ConclusionThe use of Low Molecular Weight Heparins in Hemodialysis has better effect than that of heparin.
