下鼻甲移位联合泪道置管治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞临床分析

The Clinical Result of Intubation and Transposition by Squeesing Inferia Turbinate Concha Partly in Treating Recurrance Obstruction of Nazo Nacrimat Duct

目的 :探讨逆行置管联合下鼻甲局部压榨移位术治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞的临床效果。方法 :用 Y型硅胶管由下鼻道逆行置入鼻泪管 ,先用带线探针按常规方法自泪点插至下鼻道 ,以弯血管钳抵探针末端并稍向鼻中隔方向移动 ,令鼻甲局部骨折移位 ,鼻泪管开口下方引流道通畅 ,引线带硅胶管由此下鼻道入鼻泪管及泪囊 ,硅胶管留置 1个月～ 2个月。结果 :采用此方法治疗各种复发性鼻泪管阻塞 10例 11眼 ,其中 9例 10眼治愈 ,1例 1眼无效 ,治愈率 90 .9%。结论

Objective To evaluate the clinical result of inverse intubation and transposition by squeesing inferia turbinate concha partly in recurrance obstruction of nazo lacrimal duct.Methods A Y-style silica gel tube was retrogradely plugged from inferia meatus to nasolacrimal duct,then fasciole probe was also plugged from lacrimal pundcta to inferior meatus ghough the Y-style silica gel tube A bending blood vessel forceps aqueeses conchae in order to made bone fracture of conchae,thus the nasolacrimal duct drainage was unobsturcted.The Y-stylesilica gel tube was detained 61to 2 months.Result Using this method to treat 10cases(11 eyes) of recurrance obstruction of nazo,9 cases(10 eyes)were crued,and 1 cases(1 eyes)showed no effect.The cure rate was 90.9 %.Conclusions The inverse intubation and transposition by squeesing inferiaturbinate concha partly is a good method for recurrance obstruction of nazo lacrimal duct.
