摘要
用D/max-ⅢX-射线衍射仪,测定了金的有机金属配合物—Auranofin金诺芬(代号KG881)的结构。结果表明,其晶体学结构为单斜晶系,点阵参数为(nm):a_0=1.0306,b_0=0.8230,c_0=1.6162,β=105.316°,与美国法定临床所用药物Auranofin的晶体学结构完全一致。
The crystal structure of Auranofin, one kind of organic gold complex, was determined by using D/max-Ⅲ X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the structure of crystal of Auranofin belongs to the monoclinic, with lattice parameters: a_0=1.0306nm, b_0=0.8230nm, c_0=1.6162nm, β=10.516°. It is agreed with the medicine Auranofin in American.
