摘要
实验表明,在100℃醋酸盐缓冲Pd(Ⅱ)溶液中强烈催化次磷酸盐还原灿烂绿(即亮绿)褪色,且灿烂绿于-0.59V处产生一灵敏的单扫描示波极谱波。本文研究了灿烂绿的示波极谱特性,建立一个测定超痕量钯的催化反应—示波极谱分析新方法,其检出限为0.8ng/ml,是目前示波极谱测定钯最灵敏的方法。
A novel and highly sensitive catalytic method with oscillopolarographic detection for Pd is described, based on the Pd (Ⅱ)-catalysed the slow reaction between brilliant green and PO_2^(3-) in the pH 4.4 acetate buffer solution at 100℃, brilliant green exhibits a sensitive single-sweep oscillopolarographic wave at-0.59 V vs. SCE, and was chosen as indicator component for the indicator reaction. A detection limit of 0.8 ng/ml and calibration graph from 1.6 to 25 ng/ml Pd was obtained by the fixed-time procedure. The oscillopolarographic behaviour of brilliant green is also considered.
