抗癌药碳铂的稳定性

摘要 用高效液相色谱法研究了碳铂对热和光的稳定性。当温度低于110℃,碳铂粉剂对热和光是稳定的。6年留样分析碳铂含量不变。在湿度80~100%下碳铂会缓慢潮解。碳铂水溶液对热和光均不稳定,28~35℃/120h碳铂分解13.35%,38℃/24h分解10.66%。分解产物是水配合物和羟桥聚合物;水溶液中加入NaCl生成顺铂。 The stability of carboplatin under heat and light was studied by high performance liquid chromatography. When temperature is below 110℃ carboplatin powder is stable under heat and light. The content of carboplatin stored for six years is constant. And it can slowly be deliquesced in the humidity of 80~100%. The aqueous solution of carboplatin is unstable under heat and light. About 13.35% of carboplatin is decomposed at 28~35℃ for 120 hours, and 10.66% at 38℃ for 24 hours. The decomposed products are aqua complex and hydroxo-bridged polymers. If NaCl is added into the aqueous solution of carboplatin, cisplatin will be produced.
