Palladium can formed continuous solid states and limited solid states with gold, silver, molybdenum, and tungsten. The palladium brazing system was widely used in electron industry, most of them have been standardized. The characteristics of palladium brazing, such as fluidity and wetlability, and its application were reviewed.
