摘要
从企业战略的角度确定识别竞争者的指标,并采用AHP方法确定权重,在此基础上应用模糊聚类分析法对同一行业的企业进行分类,进而识别企业的竞争者,最后对某企业的竞争者进行了实例分析。
In this paper, an index system for identifying competitor is built up from strategic perspectives and the method of determining weight of factors with AHP is introduced. And then enterprises in an industry are clustered and identified by (fuzzy) cluster method on the base of these. Finally, Using the method, the author also provides empirical support with the (data) from certain enterprise.
