摘要
目的 :血管瘤包括血管畸形和增殖性血管瘤 ,一般根据内皮细胞增殖程度的不同 ,又进一步分为增生期、稳定期和消退期 ,临床上治疗方法疗效不一。方法 :我院 94年采用铜针仪治疗血管瘤 ,其机制为通过电解纯色紫铜 ,脱落的铜离子游动、聚集、自动堵塞异常的血管组织达到有效的治疗目的。结果 :经过铜针治疗 1周内为诱发血管瘤窦腔血管内膜炎症 ,导致血栓形成 ,同时达到血管瘤区域血流降低 ,瘤体明显缩小 ,接近正常组织。结论 :铜针治疗血管瘤效果优于其它方法。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of copper needle therapy for treating angioma and MEBO for treating holes formed after needles pulled out. Method: Pure copper needles were inserted into the blood sinusoid, the distance between the needles was 1 to 1.5 cm, then anode and cathode were placed in right way. As electrolysis was started, metal ions migrated into the abnormal vascular tissue, and accumulated there to block the vessels. Result: After one week, in the blood sinusoid, intimitis was induced and thrombus formed. The blood flow in the vessels was reduced and the tumor shrank. Conclusion: Copper needle therapy is superior to other treating methods in treating angioma.
