西安市居民上颌前牙天然色度值的采集和分析

Collection and analysis of upper anterior teeth’s natural chromatic value of the residents in Xi’an city

目的 :对西安市居民上颌前牙的天然色度值进行采集和分析 ,寻求天然牙颜色的变化规律。方法 :用MINOLTACS - 32 1型便携式色差仪测量西安市居民天然上颌前牙中 1 /3区域的L a b 值 ,按年龄、性别、牙位进行分组 ,采用SPLM软件进行统计学分析。结果 :男性上颌前牙的L 值低于女性 ,即明度较低 ;a 、b 值均大于女性 ,即色相偏红黄。在上颌前牙中 ,尖牙的L 值最小 ,即明度最低 ;从中切牙到侧切牙、尖牙 ,上颌前牙的a 、b 值呈逐渐增大的趋势 ,即色相逐渐向红黄色过渡。随着年龄的增大 ,上颌前牙的L 、a 值逐渐减小 ;切牙的b 值各年龄段之间无显著差异 ;尖牙的b 值则随着年龄的增大而增大。即表明 :随着年龄的增大 ,上颌前牙的明度降低 ,尖牙的色相则有变黄的趋势。结论 :西安市居民上颌前牙牙冠的颜色与年龄、性别、牙位有关。

AIM:To obtain the natural chromatic distribution rules of upper anterior teeth of residents living in Xi′an.METHODS:The color of upper anterior teeth of more than 300 subjects were measured with MINOLTA CS-321 portable colorimeter.CIE-1976- L~*a~*b~* system was adopted.RESULTS:L~* value of the male anterior teeth was lower than the female,a~* and b~* value were higher.Among upper anterior teeth, L~* value of the canine was lowest.a~* and b~* value increased from middle incisor to lateral incisor,to canine.L~* and a~* value decreased with older ages. b~* value of canine decreased with age,also.CONCLUSION:Natural chromatic value of upper anterior teeth of the residents living in Xi′an had certain relationship with ages, sex and teeth.
