Current clinical techniques in minimal invasive cavity preparations

摘要 随着“微创牙科”新概念的提出 ,微创窝洞预备技术逐渐应用于临床。这些技术可分为机动机械法、非机动机械法、化学 -机械法、光蚀法等四类。主要包括 :隧道式窝洞预备、气蚀法、Carisolv化学 -机械去腐系统、激光窝洞预备等。本文将就这些技术的概念、适应证和优缺点等作一简要综述。 The invention and application of rotary instruments not only improved the speed of caries excavation but also resulted in considerable destruction of sound tooth structure.Recently,newer techniques for removal of carious dentine have been developed in an attempt to minimise the excessive tissue loss.These methods can be classified as mechanical and non-mechanical,chemomechanical and photo-ablation,including tunnel preparation,hand instruments,air-abrasion,air-polishing,ultrasonication,sono-abrasion,chemo-mechanical methods,enzymes and lasers.The following article reviews the concepts,applications,advantages and disadvantages of these techniques.
