NMDA受体与癫痫及学习、记忆的关系 被引量:4

摘要 谷氨酸为中枢神经系统中兴奋性氨基酸 ,其离子型受体NMDA受体与癫痫的发生、发展密切相关 ,并且参与长时程增强 (LTP)的产生。本文重点介绍近年对NMDA受体与癫痫关系的研究进展 ,及与学习。
