股血管损伤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of femoral vein and femoral atery trauma

目的 探索股血管损伤的早期诊断和正确治疗方法。方法 利用显微外科技术治疗股血管损伤 3 0例。对于不能确诊的病例采用彩色超声多普勒检查。结果 根据四肢血管损伤功能评定分级标准 ,优 2 1例 ,可 8例 ,差 1例。平均随访 3年 ( 1～ 6年 ) ,截肢 1例 ,足趾末端坏死 1例 ,部分肌肉坏死 3例 ,无死亡。结论 治疗股血管损伤的关键在于早期诊断、利用正规的显微外科技术处理血管及恰当的术后治疗。

Objective To probe the early diagnosis and proper treatment of femoral vascular injuries.Methods Thirty cases of femoral vascular injuries were analyzed.The cases,which could not be diagnosed,were utilized with the Colored Doppler;every case was operated by microsurgical technology.Result Of 30 cases repaired by operation,success 29 cases,amputation 1 case;the tip of foot necrosis were found in 1 caseand partial muscle necrosis were found in 3 cases.Conclusion Early diagnosis and using microsurgical technology and proper treatment of postoperation are keys to treat femoral blood vessel trauma.
