摘要
从生产工艺和设备本身等角度对催化裂化装置稳定液化石油气冷却器损坏原因进行了详细分析 ,通过对腐蚀管材金相组织检验并与相关标准对照比较 ,以及对内外腐蚀产物采用X射线衍射分析 ,得出管束外部硫腐蚀是造成泄漏的主要原因。最后从生产工艺及新材料应用方面提出了相应的整改措施。
The tube leakage of LPG cooler in FCC unit is analyzed in detail in respect of production process and equipment. The sulfur corrosion of external surface of the cooler tubes is the major cause of the leakage concluded through the testing of metallographical structure of corroded tubes and comparison with the applicable codes and standards as well as x-ray of analysis internal and external corrosion products. The corresponding prevention measures are presented in respect of production process, material and application.
