摘要
濮城油田油藏深、地层水矿化度高 ,井下管柱、地下管网及储油罐腐蚀严重。为了缓解腐蚀问题 ,应用牺牲阳极法和外加电流法阴极保护技术 ,在油井井下和储油罐等处进行了试验。井下管串采用XY - 1型牺牲阳极短节后 ,其挂片腐蚀速率降至 0 .0 2 7mm/a ;计量器及储油罐等采用外加电流阴极保护后 ,腐蚀速率均降至 1mm/a以下 ,使腐蚀得到了有效控制。
The oil well pipes, underground pipeline networks and storage tanks have experienced serious corrosion due to deep oil deposit and high minerality of underground water of the Pucheng Oil Field. To mitigate the corrosion, the sacrificing anodes and applied current protection techniques are applied and tested in the oil wells and storage tanks. When the pipe was protected by XY-1 type sacrificing anode, the corrosion rate of testing coupon was reduced to 0.027 mm/yr. When the metering devices and the storage tanks were protected by the applied current, the corrosion rate was reduced to less than 1 mm/yr. The corrosion has been effectively controlled.
