摘要 介绍了常压储罐底板的形式、漏磁检测原理和HTT -Ⅱ型储罐底板漏磁检测系统的应用实例。该检测系统对 6~ 12mm厚的低合金钢板可检测到1.6mm的通孔和下表面 2 0 %发生点蚀时状况 ;对 16mm厚低合金钢板可检测到5 .0mm的通孔和下表面 6 0 %发生点时蚀的状况 ;对 2 2mm厚低合金纲板可检测到7.0mm的通孔和下表面 80 %发生点蚀的状况。其最佳适用范围为检测 6~ 12mm厚的低合金钢板 ,最大特点是可检测到储罐底板下表面的腐蚀状况。 Here introduced are the types of bottom plates of atmospheric storage tanks, principles of magnetic testing and case of application of magnetic testing technique in examining the bottom plate of HTT-II tanks. By using this testing technique, the 1.6 mm holes and the pitting corrosion of 20% under surface can be detected on the low-alloy plates with a thickness of 6~12 mm, and the 5.0 mm holes and pitting corrosion of 60% under surface can be detected on the low-alloy plates with a thickness of 16 mm, and 7.0 mm holes and pitting corrosion of 80% under surface can be detected on the low-alloy plates with a thickness of 22 mm. The major advantage is that it can detect the corrosion conditions of the under surface of the tank bottom plates.
