摘要
利用真空电阻炉、X射线衍射分析仪等现代实验手段,研究了金属锰在渗氮过程中金属粒度及渗氮条件等因素对增重及含氮含氧量的影响,获得了一些有益的结论。在此基础上,利用人工神经网络构建了金属锰渗氮过程的数学模型,为研究金属锰在不同渗氮条件下的性能预测奠定了基础。
The influence of grain size, atmosphere components and temperature on the nitriding of solid metal manganese is studied by means of vacuum resistance furnace and X-ray diffraction technique and some valuable conclusions have been obtained. In addition, artificial neural network is applied to establish the mathematical model of the nitriding of solid metal manganese, which is a powerful tool of predicting the technique parameters.
