国内外轻便泥浆泵的现状与发展趋势

文章通过对中国、美国及俄罗斯等国生产的钻井泥浆泵现状进行分析 ,说明目前国内外钻井泥浆泵主要存在 5方面的问题。即 ,钻井泵质量大 ,难以适应现代轻便钻机的要求 ,制约钻机的移运性 ;冲程短 ,冲次高。钻井泵在不适合的冲次范围内工作 ,致使液力端寿命短 ;泵压偏低 ,不能完全满足现代钻井工艺的需要 ;结构不合理 ,部分强度冗余 ,部分刚度不足 ,可靠性低 ,难以满足钻机高可靠性要求 ;缸套寿命短 ,难以满足钻机高效率要求。文章阐述了对轻便钻井泥浆泵应进行研究的关键内容以及制造泥浆泵应采用的新技术和新方法。最后指出了轻便钻井泥浆泵的发展趋势是 ,降低额定冲数 ,由 15 0min-1降到 110～ 12 0min-1;增长冲程 ,最大冲程要达 30 0mm以上。

The paper shows the analysis of the actuality and trend of slush pumps used in China, America and Russia. Five main problems exist in the application of the pump: 1. heavy- not suitable to match the light rig; 2.short stroke and high number of stroke-the pump working in unsuitable number of stroke result the short life of liquid end; 3. low pressure-not meet the requirement of modern drilling processing; 4. illogical structure-partially redundant strength and partially insufficient strength with low reliability resulting of unsatisfying high rig reliability; 5. short working life of liner thus unsatisfying high drilling efficiency.For these said problems, an important research on portable drilling rig is expatiated and new technology and new processing for manufacturing as well.
