摘要
目前 ,大部分抽油机都是以电动机为动力 ,当油井产液量变化时 ,电动机的输出功率不能做出相应变化 ,以达到节能的目的。基于此 ,孤岛采油厂试验使用了抽油机智能控制器 ,它是一种结合了电动机控制、信号检测和嵌入式控制等多方面先进技术的电气设备。对该智能控制器的发展情况、结构组成和系统功能作了详细介绍 。
The electrical motor is widely used in driving beam-pumping unit. But the electrical motor cannot be responded to the change caused by down hole fluid output and the energy-saving cannot be reached. For this reason, an intelligent controller was developed and used onsite for beam-pumping unit in Gudao Production Plant, which is a combination of motor control, signal detecting and build-in control. A detailed introduction of its development trend, structure and system function is given. The onsite test and the energy-saving are introduced as well.
