摘要
分层注聚管柱主要由可洗井封隔器、配注器及底球组成。配注器采用环形降压原理 ,既能满足分层调配的需要 ,又可减小对聚合物的剪切。现场试验表明 ,这种管柱对聚合物的剪切率小于 15 % ,层段合格率达到 10 0 %。这种管柱的研究应用可较好解决注聚过程中的层间矛盾 ,大大提高驱油效率 ,有利于提高采收率。
The separated layer polymer injection pipe string consists of well-flushing packer, down-hole flow distributor and bottom ball. The cylinder de-pressurization is adopted in distributor. It cannot only satisfy the need of layer regulation but reduces the shearing to polymer. Onsite test shows that the shearing rate applied by pipe string was less than 15% and its qualification is 100%. The application of pipe string shall solve problem of layer polymer-injection and thus to increase polymer flood and production.
