摘要
从钻机盘式刹车系统在钻井过程中的作用入手 ,以ZJ4 0 / 2 2 5 0L型钻机盘式刹车系统为例 ,分析了制动力矩与盘式刹车系统各参数的关系及对钻压的影响 ;叙述了盘式刹车单独实施钻进作业时 ,司钻调节手柄的角度变化与钻压波动的关系及对下钻过程的影响。通过对钻机盘式刹车系统分析 ,对于指导盘式刹车系统没计 。
The paper starts with the function of disc brake system in the course of drilling. It takes example for ZJ40/2250L disc brake system. The connection between brake moment and parameters of disc brake system are analysed in detail. At the same time, how brake moment affects WOB(weight-on-bit) is construed too. The connection between the change of handle angle of drilling valve and fluctuating of WOB is depicted. With analysis, it has some meaning for supervising design of disc brake system and operation by driller.
