高速重载圆柱齿轮在各种机构中广泛采用 ,其测绘制造不仅要求知道原生产国家采用的标准 ,还要了解国内齿轮制造工艺现状。通过对高速齿轮副测绘制造的实例分析 ,提出了几种改进措施。

High-speed heavy-duty circular gear has been widely adopted in all kinds of mechanism. Its surveying, mapping and manufacturing not only requires the standard used in the original production country, but also concerns the present technology condition of the domestic gear manufacturing. Through the analysis on the example of surveying, mapping and manufacturing of high-speed gear pair, some improving measures are put forward.
