尽管各国因社会制度、历史习惯、经济发展状况等存在着重大差别,但各国侵权法皆以过错责任为原则,表明了过错责任原则在社会生活中的极端重要性。过错责任原则通过惩戒作用,促使行为人行为时尽合理的注意义务,做一个谨慎、勤勉、细心的人,以避免损害的发生。

The principle of fault liability is so important that almost every country adopt it as the principle of imputation of their tort law, although they are quite different in many aspects such as regime, history, and economy, because it can make people act carefully according to the law so that not to harm or hurt others.
