摘要
本文对最新的γ-氨基丁酸受体激动剂,4-[(4-氯苯基)(5-氟-2-羟基苯基)亚甲氨基]丁酰胺进行了质谱研究。对其裂解规律进行了探讨。
Progabide, 4-[(4-chlorophenyl) (5-fluro-2-hydroxyphenyl) niethylene amino) butanamide, is a lipophilic compound that crosses the blood-brain barrier and possesses low toxicity. It is the first specific Y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor agonist which has been undergone extensive clinical trials on epilepsy therapeutics. We have synthesized 4-[ (4-chorophenyl) (5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylene amino] bubanamide. The mass spectra of 4-[ (4-chlorophenyl) (5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylene amino) butanamide was reported and discussed. All the mass spectral fragmentations characteristics of 4-[(4-chlorophenyl) (5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylene amino) butanamide were assigned. It shows that the results are consistent with the chemical structure.
