Radiologic Study of Osteoprosis in Endemic Fluorosis

对190例地方性氟骨病的观察表明,骨质疏松是该病的基本X线征象之一,其可有不同的X线表现:(1)均匀性骨疏松;(2)骨小梁粗疏:特殊部位如足跖骨近端有粗大横形骨小梁线,掌骨远端骨骺纵形粗大骨小梁栅栏改变;(3)部分有骨质吸收。地氟病的骨质疏松还有两个特点;(J)四肢骨较骨盆明显;(2)随年龄增长,骨疏松有减少的趋势。

Osteoporosis is one of the basic X-ray signs in endemic fluorosis. Differ ent radiological findings included:(1)Homogeneous osteoprosis.(2) Coa rsening of trabeculae. In some special Places, transverse coarsening culae were shown in proximal end of matatarsal bones, and longitudinal coarsening trabeculae, the'railings sign' were found in the distal epiphyses of matacorpas bones.(3) Osseous absorption. Osteoporosis in endemic fluorosis has two charactics:(1) Osteoporosis is more obvious in bones of the limbs than in pelvis.(2) Osteoporosis tends to decrease with age.
