国产涤纶FDY民用丝油剂的应用技术探讨

Discussion on application technology of home-made finishes for civil polyester FDY

探讨国产涤纶FDY油剂在应用中的适应性、稳定性、耐热性、油轮面上无油斑及腐败等技术问题,认为FDY油剂应有与纤维的纺丝速度、张力相适应的动摩擦因数和粘度,乳液质点要小,应降低单体中游离酸、游离醇含量,稳定抗静电剂单双酯比例。选用冒烟温度高、表面张力小的原料,合理使用防腐剂,国产油剂应用可达进口油剂水平。

The technical problem existing in home-made finishes application was discussed from the aspects of applicability, stability, heat resistance, no oil spots on the surface of oil roller and oil corruption. It was suggested that the coefficient of kinetic friction and viscosity of FDY finishes be compliant with the spinning velocity and fiber tension; the emulsion particle be low; the contents of free acid and alcohol in monomer be decreased; and the ratio of mono- and di-ester in antistatic agent be controlled. The home-made FDY finishes can be as good as the imported ones in performance by selecting the raw material with high smoking temperature and low surface tension and properly using the anti-corrosion agent.
