摘要 从设备与工艺两方面讨论了涤纶短纤维装置的增产改造.将喷丝孔排列从原3600孔改为4000孔,4个角和4个端点喷丝孔排列的倾角比3600孔加大.选择侧吹风速度3.0~3.4 m/s,风温23℃,提高一道拉伸倍数,降低二道拉伸倍数,紧张热定型温度提高5~10℃,松弛热定型温度提高10℃,并优化了其他工艺条件,实现单线增产10%,产品质量提高. The capacity enlargement of PET staple fiber plant was discussed from the aspects of equipments and process technology. The number of spinneret hole was increased from 3 600 to 4 000. The arrangement of 4 000 spinneret holes had bigger inclination angles than that of 3 600 spinneret holes at four angles and end points. The capacity of one line can be increased by 10% with improved product quality by selecting cross air speed 3.0 -3.4 m/s and temperature 231 , increasing first drawing ratio, decreasing second drawing ratio, elevating tension-setting and shrink-setting temperatures by 5 - 10℃ and 10℃ respectively, and optimizing other process conditions.
