摘要
目的:研究新疆一枝蒿的化学成分。 方法 :采用色谱法分离一枝蒿中的化合物 ,并采用波谱法和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 :从新疆一枝蒿中分离得到 5种化合物 :一枝蒿酮酸、紫花牡荆素、木犀草素、β-谷甾醇与胡萝卜苷。 结论:木犀草素及紫花牡荆素为新疆一枝蒿中首次分离得到并详细报道的化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Artemisia rupestris L. in Xinjiang. Methods: Using chromatographic methods to isolate compounds,and using chemical and spectral methods to identify the structures of the isolated compounds. Results: Five compounds were identified as Casticin,β-Sitosterol-3-O-β-glucoside,β-Sitosterol,Rupestric acid,and Luteolin. Conclusion: The Luteolin and Casticin were isolated from the Artemisia rupestris L. in Xinjiang for the first time.
