摘要
目的:探讨丙谷胺酰胺衍生物对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:BAL B/ c小鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为正常对照组和低、中、高 3个剂量给药组 (12 5、2 5 0、5 0 0 mg/ kg丙谷胺酰胺衍生物 ) ,测定各组小鼠免疫器官重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、血清半数溶血值 (HC50 )及刀豆蛋白 A(Con A)和脂多糖 (L PS)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能。 结果 :高、中、低 3个剂量丙谷胺酰胺衍生物给药组小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及 HC50 明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,并可明显抑制 L PS诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 1) ,高、中剂量丙谷胺酰胺衍生物可明显抑制 Con A诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :丙谷胺酰胺衍生物可下调小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To study the immunomodulatory effects of proglumide amide derivative in mice. Methods: In order to detect the immunomodulatory effects of proglumide amide derivative,the phagocytosis ability of macrophage,serum hemolysin concentration 50% and the lymphocyte transformation (MTT method) were tested. Results: The results showed that at the middle and high dose of proglumide amide derivative can cause a significant decrease of phagocytic rate ( P <0.01),the transformation ability of the splenic lymphocytes ( P <0.01) and the serum hemolysin cocentration 50%. Conclusion: Proglumide amide derivative can significantly reduce the nonspecific and specific immunological function in mice.
