同时埋置多个皮肤软组织扩张器治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发

Repair of large cicatrical baldness with mutiple soft tissue expanders

目的:探讨同时埋置多个皮肤软组织扩张器 (简称扩张器 )治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的效果。方法 :对 10例大面积瘢痕性秃发患者均采用皮肤软组织扩张术修复秃发区 ,一次扩张不能完全修复者行接力式扩张。 结果 :本组 10例通过扩张术均获得良好头皮重建 ,临床观察经一次扩张后毛发较前略稀疏 ,但并不影响外观 ,重复扩张者毛发较前明显稀疏。 结论 :同时埋置多个扩张器是目前治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的最理想的方法。

Objective: To investigate the treatment for large cicatrical baldness. Methods: Ten patients with cicatrical baldness treated in our hospital from Mar. 1999 to Mar. 2002 were reviewed,soft tissue expansion was performed on all patients. Relaying expansion can be adopted if the expanded flap was not enough. Results: The ten patients acquired the scalp reconstruction,although the hair density was decreased than ever,the effect was still satisfaied. Conclusion: Using mutiple expanders is an ideal method for repairing cicatricial baldness.
