摘要
目的:探讨耳廓复合组织游离移植修复鼻翼缺损的疗效。 方法:采用鼻翼残存组织翻转做衬里 ,联合耳后真皮下血管网皮肤的耳廓复合组织块移植修复鼻翼缺损 10例。 结果 :10例移植组织全部成活 ,外形、颜色满意。 结论 :耳廓复合组织游离移植是一种修复鼻翼缺损较好的治疗方法。
Objective: To summarize our experience in reconstruction of ala nasi by auricular composite tissue. Methods: The lining created by the turn-over scar flap and the auricular composite tissue graft carrying a piece of postauriclar skin with subdermal vascular network were used to repair 10 cases with defect of ala nasi. Results: All grafts survived .Normal nasal shape were obtained in all cases. Conclusion: The auricular composite tissue free graft is an excellent method to repair the nasal alar defect.
