动态增强磁共振血管造影在大血管疾病中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨动态增强磁共振血管造影 (DCE MRA)的技术优势及临床应用价值。方法 :对 85例疑有血管病变的患者行 DCE MRA ,最大信号强度投影 (MIP)重建。结果:85例均获得清晰的血管图像 ,其中主动脉夹层2 9例 ,主动脉粥样硬化合并动脉瘤 17例 ,马凡氏综合征 8例 ,先天性主动脉畸形、肾动脉狭窄各 6例 ,上腔静脉阻塞综合征 3例 ,多发性大动脉炎、门静脉高压、肺动脉高压、腹主动脉闭锁各 1例 ,正常 12例。结论 :DCE MRA是一种有效的、快速的、全面的和准确的造影技术 ,更是一种无创伤、无辐射、简便和实用的影像诊断方法 ,可望成为诊断主动脉夹层的金标准。 Objective: To discuss the technical points and clinical applications of dynamic contrast-enchanced MRA (DCE MRA). Methods: DCE MRA and maximum intensity projection(MIP) reconstruction were performed in 85 patients with suspected vascular disease. The image quality was evaluated. Results: The vessels were demonstrated in all patients. There were aortic dissection 29,atherosclerosis and aneurysm 17,Marfan's syndrome 8,multiply angeitis 1,superior vena cava obliterated syndrome 3,portovenohypertension 1,pulmonary hypertension 1,abdominal atresia 1,congenital arotic deformity 6,renal artery stenosis 6,and normal in 12. Conclusions: DCE MRA is an effective,fast,comprehensive,reliable method for diagnosis of vascular disease. And it is proved to be a simple and useful imaging technique,especially aortic dissection,it is golden standard.
