抑郁症、抑郁性神经症与听觉事件相关电位中P300的关系

The Relationship of Depression and Depressive Neurosis with P300, A Potential Related to Auditory Event

目的 :探讨抑郁症、抑郁性神经症与听觉事件相关电位的第三个正相波 (简称P30 0 )的关系 ,以期为两类精神病的认知功能评定及临床鉴别提供客观依据。方法 :按CCMD Ⅱ R诊断标准 ,分别选出 5 0例抑郁症患者5 0例抑郁性神经症患者及 5 0例正常对照组进行P30 0检测、SCL 90测定和HAMD量表测试。结果 :抑郁症与抑郁性神经症患者之间P30 0结果呈显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;SCL 90量表、HAMD量表总均分比较二者有统计学差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :抑郁症与抑郁性神经症不仅在临床表现上有所不同 。

Objective: To explore the relationship of depression and depressive neurosis with P300, a potential related to auditory event. Methods: 50 cases of depression, 50 cases of depressive neurosis, and 50 normal people were chosen, and assessed with diagnostic criteria of CCMD Ⅱ R, SCL 90, and HAMD. Results: The P300 values of depression patients were significantly different from those of depressive neurosis patients ( P <0.05), and there were significant differences in SCL 90 and HAMD general average scores between the 2 groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Depression and depressive neurosis are different not only in the clinical symptoms, but also in the cognitive function.
