心绞痛患者治疗前后血浆中IL-4与IFN-γ水平的变化

Changes of Plasma Levels of Cytokine Interleukin 4 and IFN-γ in Patients with CSA before and after the Treatment

目的 :了解心绞痛发病与IL 4和IFN γ的关系。方法 :利用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测2 0例心绞痛患者治疗前、后血浆中白细胞介素 - 4 (IL 4 )和γ -干扰素 (IFN γ)含量变化 ,并设 31例正常对照。结果 :心绞痛患者血浆中IL 4的含量低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;IFN γ含量无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ,IL 4和IFN γ在不稳定型心绞痛与稳定型心绞痛中无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :IL 4与心绞痛发病过程明显有关 ,IFN

Objective: To understand the interrelationship of pathogenesis of coronary spastic angina (CSA)with interleukin 4 (IL 4),and interferon gamma (IFN γ) . Methods: The levels of IL 4 and IFN γ in plasma of 20 CSA patients before and after treatment were measured with ELISA method, and compared with those of 31 healthy controls. Results: The plasma levels of IL 4 of patients were lower than those of healthy controls( P <0.001), and no significant difference was found in IL 4 levels of patients before and after the treatment( P >0.05). The IFN γ levels of patients and healthy people were not different ( P >0.05). And IL 4 and IFN γ were not different between unstable spastic angina (UA) patients and stable spastic angina patients (SA) ( P >0.05). Conclusion: IL 4 is significantly related to the pathogenesis of angina, but IFN γ is not.
