摘要 在保持基体材料性能不变的前提下,对碳钢渗铝后,可提高零件的抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性。以20碳钢为研究对象,对其渗剂和工艺进行比较试验,得到渗铝效果较好的渗剂配方和工艺。在对渗铝件的机械性能进行测试后,试验结果表明,该配方和工艺切实可行。 The resistance to oxidation and corrosion of carbon steel may be enhanced by aluminizing on the workpiece in the condition that the mechanical properties of matrix material are not changed. The optimization aluminizing agent and process is proposed through comparable experiments on 20 steel. The experiment results of aluminized 20 steel specimens show that the agent and process are feasible and workable in practice.
