摘要
分析建筑工程招标、投标中评标经常采用的综合评估法的特点,运用数理统计原理,建立了竞争对手报价偏移量的分布模型,并引入模糊数学综合评判的基本理论,建立了投标报价综合评判模型,据此模型,承包商可以针对竞争对手的报价及其可能性来确定相应的报价策略。
The feature of the synthetic estimate generally used in construction engineering tender is analyzed and based on the statistical concept,a mathematical model of offset ( for project quotation is set up. In addition,a synthesis estimate model is brought forward according to the principle about synthesis estimate in fuzzy mathematics,by which the tenderer can predict the bidding of competitors and its probability to decide on his own bidding strategy.
