He maintains that there have been centain changes and adjustments in Russia_U.S.and China_U.S.relatons since the beginning of this year.These adjustments,however,have not eliminated their differences and contradictions on a series of major issues.On the contrary,U.S.efforts of secking unilateralism and an unipolar world tend to intensify and imbalance of world power hecame more serious.
