摘要
本文分析了采煤机滚筒结构参数与运转参数对截装性能的影响,提出了螺旋滚筒的评价指标。在此基础上,应用规划论方法,建立了螺旋滚筒参数优化模型,并据此对不同煤层厚度适用的螺旋滚简参数进行了优化设计。例算表明,此模型用于滚筒参数设计是可行的。
This paper analyses structural and operational parameters of shearer drum and their influence on cutting and loading performance, and puts forward targets of appraising shearer drum. On the basis, an optimal design medel of shearer drum is developed. When the model is used, parameters of shearer drums suitable for thickness of several coal seams are designed. From the results of design, it is practicable that the model is applied in parameters design of shearer.
