摘要
本文用正交设计方法对过磷酸钙水浸取过程中倍半氧化物的浸出进行了实验研究,筛选了添加剂的种类和浸取条件。若采用本文所筛选的添加剂,用量约3％,可大大降低浸取液中倍半氧化物含量,有制于制取纯度较高的磷酸钙盐。
The water extraction process of iron and aluminum oxides from superphosphate is experimented and studied by orthogonal designing method and the kinds of additive and extraction conditions are sieved. When the sieved additive is used, the contents of iron and aluminium oxides in the extraction are greatly decreased, which is beneficial to making calcium phosphates with higher parity.
