随着经济与管理水平的发展,越来越多的企业管理者认识到了传统绩效评估的局限性,而绩效管理作为现代企业广泛运用的一种以开发人力潜能为中心的科学管理模式已备受关注。本文阐述了绩效评估存在的问题、绩效评估与绩效管理的区别以及建立高质量的绩效管理系统在企业管理中的重要性。
This article expounds the disadvantage of Performance Evaluation and the difference between Performance Evaluation and Performance Management. It shows Performance Management to be necessary to corporation management.
