摘要
用XRD、原位红外和BET等考察了铌酸经硝酸、磷酸处理后的结构特征、表面酸性以及催化活性。酸处理改变了铌酸的表面酸性和结构特征,同时使铌酸即使在450℃以上热处理也不结晶,并且对2,5 二甲基 2,4 己二烯的Prins缩合反应具有很高的活性和使用寿命。
The effects of treatment of niobic acid with nitric acid and phosphoric acid on its surface structure,acidity and catalytic activity were studied using XRD, in situ FT-IR and BET. It was found that acid treatment improved the surface acidity and structure of niobic acid.As the result, no crystallization of niobic acid was observed even it was thermally-treated at over 450 ℃.The acid-treated niobic acid exhibited high activity and long service life for Prins condensation reaction of 2,5-dimethyl-2,4-hexadiene.
