Well-Being: Divison and Integration

现代幸福感研究从快乐论与实现论两种不同的哲学思想出发,分别形成主观幸福感与心理幸福感两大研究阵营与体系。主观幸福感把幸福感定义为生活满意、积极情绪;心理幸福感则关注人生意义与自我实现,把幸福定义为人的自我实现。通过两种不同研究视角的比较,可以更清晰、全面理解幸福感的本质,并在此基础上寻求概念整合、技术整合与目标整合,更好地促进人类的良好生存。

The controversial and complementary viewpoints on well-being have been derived from two camps: Psychological Well-Being and Subjective Well-Being. The latter(Hedonic) focuses on happiness and defines Well-Being in terms of pleasure attainment and pain avoidance while the former(eudaimonic) emphasizes particularly on life and self-realization and defines well-being according to the degree of personal self-realization. Comparing the vesearches of the two camps,it is clearer and more comprehensive for us to appreciate the nature of well-being and seek after the integration of conceptions,techniques and goals,and improve the human exostemce.
