However, the capital injection is a kind of 'blood transfusion', and the improvement of the bank's internal administrative structure is 'blood forming'. Therefore, to improve the administrative structure needs to completely reform the property right structure of the state-owned commercial bank, and the state-owned bank should diligently do exercises to benefit the internal organs and rationally go on the market.
