摘要
高校图书馆事业建设的关键在人才,而人才的使用则在于实现"三个转换"。即:馆长配备由"影响型"向"专职型"转换、人员配置由"安置型"向"专业型"转换、岗位设定由"服务型"向"信息型"转换。
Talent is the key to the cause construction of university libraries, and the use of talent lies in the realization of 'three transformation', i e., the provision of library director transforms from 'influential pattern' to 'full-time pattern'; personnel disposition from 'arranged pattern' to 'professional pattern'; the post establishment from 'service pattern' to 'information pattern'.
