氨力农与洋地黄治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效比较

Treatment comparison between amrinons and digitalis on congestive heart failure patients

目的 :比较氨力农与洋地黄治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :选择 38例充血性心力衰竭患者 ,随机分为氨力农组 ,洋地黄组和对照组。氨力农组用氨力农 2 0 0 mg+生理盐水 2 5 0 m L ,以 5～ 10 mg/ (kg· min)速度静脉滴注 ;洋地黄组用地戈辛 0 .12 5～ 0 .2 5 mg/ d口服 ;对照组仅口服和静脉注射利尿剂和安慰剂 ,疗程均为 10 d。治疗前后观察患者的心功能级别并做心脏超声心功能指数测定。结果 :氨力农组心功能改善总有效率为 86 .7% ;洋地黄组为 80 % ,两组比较无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但明显高于对照组 (37.5 % ) (P<0 .0 5 )。两组治疗后 ,心脏超声心功能指数有明显改善。结论

Objective To compare the curative effects of amrinone and digitalis for patients with congestive heart failure.Methods Thirty-eight patients with congestive heart failure were selected and randomly divided into amrinone group(n=15),digitalis group(n=15),and control group(n=8).Patients in the two treatment groups were respectively given amrinone(by intravenous administration with a dose of 200 mg+NS250 mL at a velocity of 5～10 mg/(kg·min),digtalis (digoxin 0.125～0.25 mg/d,taken orally),while patients in the control group were only given diuretic and placebo (by oral and intravenous administration).The course of treatment was 10 days.Before and after the treatment,levels of heart function were observed and heart function parameters were measured with echocardiogram.Results The effective rate of heart function improvement in amrinone group was 86.7%,amd 80% in digitalis group.The effective rates in the two groups had no significant difference with each other(P>0.05),but were evidently higher than that in the control group ( 37.5%)(P<0.05).In the two treatment groups,heart function was evidently improved after treatment.Conclusion Amrinone and digitalis have evident curative effects on congestive heart failure.
