摘要
研究结果表明,烟草光呼吸速率(Pr)存在显著的品种间差异,Pr属微效多基因控制的数量性状,核基因起主要作用,细胞质基因也有一定影响,Pr的遗传不符合加性——显性模型,F_1代P_r与亲本P_r的差异显著。具明显的杂种优势,其平均优势指数为106.46%,平均超高亲优势率为4.64%。Pr的广义遗传力为41.84~68.93%,狭义遗传力为10.96~34.56%,F_2代Pr的表现型变异系数为22.31~28.79%,遗传型变异系数为17.61~23.94%,绝对遗传进度为1.36~2.66mgCO_2/dm^2·h,相对遗传进度为16.51~40.94%(K=2.06)。
The photorespiratory rates of 7 varieties, 8F_1 hybrids and 3 combinations of F_2 generation and back cross generation of tobacco were analyzed during 1989-1990 period. The results were summarized as follows:The difference of Pr among varieties was significant and the inheritance of Pr was mainly controlled by ploygenes, with the nuclear genes being much more effective than the cytogencs. The inheritance of Pr could not be explained with the additivedominance model. The difference of Pr between F_1 hybrids and parents was significant. Hybrid superiority of Pr was found among F_1 hybrids, and the average superiority index was 106.46% and the average true superiority ratio was 4.64%. The broad sense heritability of Pr was 41.84-68.93% and the narrow sense heritability of Pr was 10.96-34.56%. The Variation coefficient was 22.31-28.79% and 17.61-23.94%, respectively, for phenotype and genogtype. The absolute progress and the relative progress of the heredity was 1.36-2.66 mgCO_2/dm^2·h and 16.51-40.94%(K=2.06), respectively.
