摘要
把刚采收的茄子置于含有3%氯化钙的冰水(-4℃~-2℃)中骤冷处理60分钟,然后装入塑料小袋置于20℃~22℃下贮藏。贮藏结果表明:经骤冷处理的茄子贮藏20天后并未出现冷害症状,好果率达到85~90%。
Sanye Eggplants were soaked in water (contained 3% CaCl_2, -4℃~-2℃) for 60 minutes, then were put into plastic film bags and storaged in 20℃—22℃ for 20 days. The result of storage showed that chilling injury symptoms of Sanye Eggplant did not appear, and the percentage of fresh fruit reached 85—90%.
