天然沸石对饲料发酵影响的研究初报

摘要 采用五株嗜热细菌混合发酵饲料,研究了天然沸石对嗜热细菌发酵饲料的影响。并测定了发酵物中营养物质的含量。结果表明,添加天然沸石能明显增加饲料中蛋白质的含量并降低发酵物中的碳氮比。本研究结果为嗜热细菌与沸石在饲料发酵中的联合应用提供了理论依据。 Fermentative of feed with thermophilic microorganism (TM) is of advantage to increasing protein level of feed and killing pathogenic organisms for animals. In recent experiments, 5 selected strains of TM were inoculated into 6 treating groups of 3 kinds of mixing feed which were added with or without natural zeolite. The results show that the crude protein levels of fermentative feeds with or whithout natural zeolite are significantly higher than those of control groups. The crude protein contents in fermentative feed added with zeolite are 14.53%, 17.32% and 10.31% respectively, which are 2.3%, 4.72% and 0.2% higher than those of fermentative feeds without adding zeolite. The changes of other nutrients in the fermentative feeds with or without zeolite are also observed. However, the further research on the nutrients availability of fermentative feeds with zeolite must be carred on, as well as the cconomic benefits of the technique needs to be assessed.
